P90X, or Power 90 Extreme, is a home exercise system developed by Tony Horton in conjunction with Beachbody. The program emphasizes full-body fitness, and consists of strength training, cardiovascular, and stretching exercises divided into three 30-day phases, combined with a nutrition and optional supplementation plan.

P90X is furthermore unbelievably strong, but the bar to go in isn’t as high; you can start in a smaller state of groundwork, and work your way up over the course of the three months.

what is the truth about this P90X? P90X work? The first thing that strikes me about the P90X is this: you need some discipline if it’s going to do you any good.

P90X is a unique system of 12 high-intensity muscular workouts aimed at turning your body from flab to fit in 90 days. Included in the P90X program is a 3-phase nutrition plan, dietary supplement options, a step-by-step fitness guide, a calendar to chart your progress, online support and more.
Turns out that P90X, or Power 90X, was very different from any workout that I had been through. It was a complete and comprehensive fitness system that also included a nutrition plan, a support community, as well as a state of the art home workout plan.

It’s never a good time to do P90X workout. Anything and Everything About p90x! Just do what you love!
